"Charming Stuff"

Chipped out of the living rock and towed to a distant museum, which promptly sank into a swamp, beneath which they slowly fossilised over millions of years until discovered by scientists then launched into space as part of an ongoing project to discover intelligent life, Charms Against the Evil Eye make the kind of English psychedelia pioneered by early Floyd and perpetuated by the likes of Robyn Hitchcock and Julian Cope.

Turns out they're all old hands - mitochondrial DNA analysis shows that the members go back to the 80s, possibly even further. The songs are about the inevitable forces of the Universe, ancient stone monuments, Autumn, love and cats. "Charming stuff" said Nightshift, puntastically, but this is clearly what we're aiming for.
